MARKET OUTLOOK
The VN-Index surged nearly 24 points today, closing at 1,688 points. Declining stocks outnumbered gainers, with only 7 out of 18 sectors advancing. The banking sector continued to lead the market, followed by the Information Technology sector. Regarding foreign investor activity, the group recorded a net sell of over VND 2 trillion on the HSX. The index has broken above the 1,665 resistance level. In recent sessions, the market has been driven by a few key sectors and has reached new highs. Investors should trade cautiously in the coming sessions, as the steep upward momentum may be followed by a potential correction.

• Pulling the index up: VPB (+4.09), BID (+2.70), VCB (+2.36), LPB (+1.94), ACB (+1.82).
• Pulling the index down: VIX (-0.51), GVR (-0.46), GEE (-0.38), VGC (-0.27), VPL (-0.25).
• The matched trade value of VN-Index reached VND 48,904 billion, decreased -24.02% compared to the previous session. The total transaction value reached VND 51,671 billion.
• The trading range is 29.32 points. The market had 118 gainers, 46 remaining unchanged, 214 losers.
• Foreign investors' net selling value: VND -2422.19 billion on HOSE, including VPB (VND -584.80 billion), HPG (VND -343.36 billion), CTG (VND -240.75 billion), GEX (VND -170.93 billion), KDH (VND -144.95 billion). Foreign investors were net buyers on HNX with the value of VND 3.27 billion.
