MARKET OUTLOOK
After a choppy, range-bound session, the VN-Index closed at 1,870.79 points, down nearly 12 points from the previous day. Market breadth turned negative, with 14 out of 18 sectors declining; Oil & Gas posted the steepest drop, followed by Chemicals and Insurance. Regarding foreign investor activity, foreigners were net sellers on the HOSE, while remaining net buyers on the other two exchanges. Overall, two-way tug-of-war continued to dominate, and the VN-Index has yet to show a clear signal confirming a short-term trend.
