MARKET OUTLOOK The VN-Index rose sharply from the opening of the morning session. After fluctuating within the 1,829–1,863-point range throughout the day, the index closed at 1,853.08 points, up more than 25 points from the previous session. The number of declining stocks exceeded advancing stocks, while 11 out of 18 sectors gained, indicating that capital flows were concentrated in selected stocks across sectors. Real Estate led the gains, supported by Vingroup-related stocks, followed by Insurance. Regarding foreign trading activity, foreign investors were net buyers across all three exchanges: HOSE, HNX, and UPCoM. The short-term uptrend remains intact, as the VN-Index continues to trade above its MA10. However, as the index approaches the 1,865–1,875 resistance zone, profit-taking pressure is likely to emerge. Investors should therefore remain cautious in their trading.
