Market commentary EQUITY MARKET After several volatile sessions, VN-Index reversed course and fell nearly 14 points today, closing at 1,741.62. Market breadth was strongly negative, with 15 of 18 sectors declining. Chemicals and Personal & Household Goods fell by more than 2%. In contrast, Utilities, Real Estate, and Insurance were the only three sectors to remain in positive territory, although their gains were generally modest. Foreign investors were net sellers on HSX and UPCOM, while remaining net buyers on HNX. The VN-Index retreated to test SMA10 and SMA20 support, indicating persistent short-term correction pressure. This suggests that short-term correction pressure remains, while the index’s ability to hold nearby support levels will be a key factor to monitor in the coming sessions. FUTURES All VN30 futures contracts declined in line with the VN30 Index. COVERED WARRANTS During the trading session on October 30, 2026, most covered warrants declined in line with their underlying stocks. Highlights
