History
- Real Estate 11 Joint Stock Company was established on Dec 15, 1992 under the name of District 11 Housing Management and Development Company following Decision No. 236/QD-UB of the People’ Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.
- On Aug 28, 1994, District 11 Housing Management and Development Company was renamed District 11 Housing Development and Construction Company.
- On Sep 04, 1999, the company became a subsidiary with independent accounting of Sai Gon Real Estate Corporation following Decision No. 5073/QD-UB.
- On Dec 31, 2003, District 11 Housing Management and Development Company was transformed into District 11 Housing Management and Development Joint Stock Company.
- In 2004, the company officially came into operation with business registration certificate No. 4103002793 dated Oct 22, 2004 of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Planning and Investment. Its initial charter capital was VND 20 billion, 60% of which is state-owned with Sai Gon Real Estate Corporation as the representative.
- On Sep 09, 2010, the company’s charter capital was adjusted to VND 26 billion.
- The Vietnam Securities Depository began the depository for the company’s shares on Dec 29, 2010. The first trading was on Feb 25, 2011 (stock code: D11, registered volume: 2,600,000 shares).
- In 2013, its charter capital was adjusted to VND 43.679.770.000 via issuing shares for existing shareholders to pay dividend.
