Dai Chau Joint Stock Corporation, formerly Dai Chau Joint Stock Company, is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the manufacturing of wooden furniture. The Company manufactures and trades interior and outdoor furniture for usage at residential and commercial buildings, such as desks, chairs, beds, floorboards and wardrobes. In addition, it trades imported automobiles and motorbikes, and provides maintenance services of such vehicles. The Company is also involved in the trading of rubber latex of different kinds. The Company has two subsidiaries and two affiliates.

History
- Dai Chau Joint Stock Company was established on Apr 24, 2000 under business registration certificate No 0103000040 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ha Noi City on Apr 24, 2000 with initial charter capital of VND 8.100.000.000.
- In 2001, the company expanded its production scale to provide high quality wood products for domestic market and export to Japan.
- In 2002, the company implemented an investment project worth VND 15.323.689.000 on enhancing forestry production for export, which begun on June 2003.
- In 2004, the company opened a joint promotion office with Hauzex - an Japanese company in Giang Vo Exhibition Center and an representative office in Osaka.
- In Mar 25, 2007, the plan to increase the company’s charter capital to VND 20.000.000.000 was approved in the General Shareholders’ Meeting.
- On Dec 17, 2007, the company’s shares were officially listed on Ha Noi Stock Exchange.
- As of the beginning of 2010, the company has 3 branches (in Ho Chi Minh, Mong Cai City and in Lang Son province), 5 overseas representative offices (in China, Slovakia, Germany, the U.S and Japan). It also has 3 subsidiary companies.
- On Apr 24, 2010, the Management Board proposed to rename the company to Dai Chau Group and decided to present this issue at the Annual Shareholder's Meeting for approval.
- In 2011, its charter capital was adjusted to VND 335 billion and later to VND 347.730.000.000 by May 26, 2011.
- In 2014, its charter capital was adjusted to VND 603.109.880.000.
