1985-1996: Thuan Thao Corporation was originally known as distribution agent of over 20 domestic and joint-venture companies in Phu Yen provinces and other neighboring provinces;
In Jan 1997, Thuan Thao Transportation and Commercial Private Company was established.
In 1998, Thuan Thao Commercial Store (the precursor of Thuan Thanh Supermarket) was estbalished and put into operation.
In 2002, the company invested on upgrading Thuan Thao Commercial Store into Thuan Thanh Supermarket - the first private-owned super market in Phu Yen province;
In 2002, new branches in Binh Dinh province and Ho Chi Minh City was established.
In 2003, high-quality Thuan Thao Station with an area of 1.800 m2 was established.
In Jan 2001, pure bottled water factory was built and put into operation.
In the end of 2004, the company invested in the construction of Thuan Thao Entertainment and Ecology Center and Thuan Thao General Warehouse.
In the beginning of 2007, the company invested in the construction of Thao Thao Conference-Exhibition and Tourism Center in an area of approximately 4 hectare. By Apr 30, 2007, the center was put into operation.
In Oct 2007, Thuan Thao Transportation and Commercial Private Company transformed into Thuan Thao Transportation and Commercial Co., Ltd.
In the end of 2007, new Thuan Thanh Supermarket with an area of 2000 m32 was built. Also, the company invested on expanding Thuan Thao Conference and Tourism Center, making the total area of approximately 9 hectare.
In 2008, the area of Thuan Thao Conference and Tourism Center was further expanded. Also, construction of the 5-star Thuan Thao Resort started.
On Apr 30, 2009, the 5-star Cendeluxe Hotel was out into operation.
On Dec 28, 2009, the company became Thuan Thao Corporation.
As of Mar 31, 2010, the company's charter capital was VND 290.020.000.000.
On Jun 30, 2010, the company's shares were officially listed on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange.
In June 2016, the company switched to listing on UpCom.
On Dec 06, 2010, its charter capital was adjusted to VND 435.030.000.000.
