Introduction
Ha Do Group Joint Stock Company (HADOCO), formerly Ha Do Joint Stock Company, is a Vietnam-based company engaged in real estate operations. It is also involved in the development and construction of civil and industrial structures, including office and apartment buildings, hydropower plants, power transmission lines and infrastructures. The Company is engaged in the provision of architectural, engineering, interior decorating and installation services, along with real estate brokerage services. In addition, the Company provides ecotourism services and construction equipment repair services. Other activities include hotel and restaurant operations, as well as hydropower generation and trading.

History
- Ha Do Group was previously known as Ha Do Construction Company, which was established in 1990 under the Ministry of National Defense.
- According to Decision No.514/QD-QP dated Apr 18, 1996 by the Minister of National Defense, Ha Do Construction Company was merged with Electrical Equipment Company into Ha Do Company.
- In 2004, following Decision No. 163/2004/QD-BQP dated Dec 09, 2004 by the Minister of National Defense, Ha Do Company was equitized and became Ha Do Joint Stock Company.
- The company operated according to the model of a corporation. By Dec 2009, the company had 6 member companies and 2 affiliates. Its name was changed to Ha Do Group.
- On Feb 02, 2010, the company’s shares were officially listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange.
- On May 17, 2010, the company was renamed Ha Do Group Joint Stock Company with VND 202.500.000.000 in charter capital.
- On Oct 02, 2013, its charter capital was adjusted to VND 556.875.580.000 via issuing bonus shares.
- On Dec 31, 2015, its charter capital was adjusted to VND 609.634.240.000.
- As of Nov 15, 2016, its charter capital was VND 759.680.800.000.
