Introduction
Hai Minh Corporation (HAMI) is a Vietnam-based company engaged in transportation industry. The Company provides local and long-distance freight trucking services, along with inland water freight transportation services. It is also involved in the operations of inland container depots (ICD's) and container freight stations (CFS's), as well as the provision of customs clearance services, freight forwarding services and ship agency services. Other activities include the trading and repair of transportation equipment, together with the offering of transportation equipment for rent and goods consignment agency services. On March 25, 2014, the Company announced that it has dissolved its subsidiary, Hoang Nam Logistics Co Ltd.

History
- On Jan 24, 2002, Hai Minh Corporation (Hami Corp) was establish according to Decision No. 410300801 issued by Ho Chi Minh City Department of Planning and Investment with initial charter capital of 1,5 billion. The company had 11 founding shareholders operating in various fields.
- In June 2005, the company’s first subsidiary named Hai Thanh Thanh Limited was established.
- In Aug 2005, Hami Corp established its first joint venture called Hoang Nam Ltd with its Singapore partner.
- In Jan 2006, the company’s charter capital was adjusted to VND 9,5 billion.
- In Apr 2006, the company acquired Nam Phat ICD at Hai Phong City.
- In May 2006, the company established its first container depot at Hai Phong City.
- In Oct 2006, Hami Corp established a new joint venture called “K” Line Vietnam in which the company’s contribution was 49% of total capital.
- In March 2007, the company’s charter capital was adjusted to VND 29,2 billion.
- In Apr 2007, the company launched the shuttle container service with two biggest barges in Vietnamese markets.
- In May 2007, the company entered into joint venture with Maserco, Hai Dang, SSIP
- In Oct 2007, the company’s charter capital was adjusted to VND 49,3 billion.
- In June 2008, the company’s charter capital was adjusted to VND 56,2 billion.
- In Aug 2008, the company co-established Hai An Stevedoring Joint Stock Company.
- In Oct 2008, the company completed its registration to become a public company with the State Securities Commission.
- On June 29 , the Ha Noi Stock Exchange admitted in principle the listing of Hami Corp on the exchange (Stock code: HMH, listing volume: 5,438,790 shares). The first trading date was on Jul 28, 2010.
- In Oct 2011, its charter capital was adjusted to VND 73,57 billion.
- In Dec 2012, its charter capital was adjusted to VND 100 billion.
- On Dec 18, 2015, its charter capital was adjusted to VND 131.998.470.000.
