Introduction

IDICO Investment Consultancy Joint Stock Company (IDICO-INCON) is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the provision of supporting services for construction activities, including project surveying, designing, project management and consultation, as well as quality control for construction projects and construction materials. It performs those activities for civil and industrial projects, including hydropower plants, as well as traffic and infrastructure projects.

  • IDICO Investment Consultancy Joint Stock Company was etablished on Jul 12, 2002 under the name of Science Technology and Construction Invesment Consultancy Center under Vietnam Urban and Industrial Zone Development Investment Corporation (IDICO).
  • In Jul 2003, the Center was renamed IDOCO Investment Consultancy Company under IDICO.
  • Following Decision No. 1291/QD-BXD dated Sep 14, 2006 and No. 1282/QD-BXD dated Oct 10, 2007 of the Minister of Construction, on Jan 31, 2007, the company was transformed into IDICO Investment Consultancy Joint Stock Company. Its initial charter capital was VND 10 billion.
  • Following Resolution of the Assembly of Shareholders No. 03/NQ-CT dated Jun 22, 2007, from Jun to Jul 2007, the company increased its charter capital from VND 10 billion to VND 20 billion
  • On Jul 14, 2011, the company’s shares were officially listed on UpCom.
