Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Company develops real estate properties in Vietnam. Its real estate projects comprise townhouse apartments, garden villas, cottages, offices, etc. The company also owns 4,000 hectares of rubber plantation in Chu Prong district, Gia Lai province; and 3,000 hectares of rubber plantation in Cambodia, Kratie province. In addition, it operates hydropower projects; rents offices, as well as constructs apartments, villas, shop houses, etc.; and supplies door, kitchen, closet, and interior wood products for apartments, villas, townhouses, etc. Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Company was founded in 1994 and is based in Pleiku, Vietnam.

History
- Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Company was established in 1994 under the name of Quoc Cuong Private Enterprise.
- In 2005, Quoc Cuong Private Enterprise co-operated with Hoang Anh Private Enterprise to establish Hoang Anh Construction and House Development Limited Company. Real estate dealing became the main activity of the company.
- On Mar 21, 2007, Hoang Anh Construction and House Development was officially transformed into Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Company under business registration certificate No 3903000116 issued by Gia Lai Province’s Department of Planning and Investment.
- In 2008, the company’s charter capital was adjusted to VND 289 billion according to Resolution of the General Assembly of Shareholders dated Jan 02, 2008 and later to VND 322,05 billion according to Resolution of the General Assembly of Shareholders dated Oct 30, 2008.
- According to Resolution of the General Assembly of Shareholders dated Apr 14, 2010, the company’s charter capital was adjusted to VND 401,05 billion.
- By May 17, 2010, the company’s charter capital was VND 601,575 billion.
- On Aug 09, 2010, the company’s shares were officially listed on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (stock code: QCG, listing volume: 601.574.950 shares).
- According to the 14th adjustment of the company's business registration, its charter capital was VND 1.270.768.620.000.
- In 2014, its charter capital was adjusted to VND 2.751.293.100.000.
