Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation (Thu Duc House) is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the real estate operations. The Company is involved in the development and management of residential and commercial buildings, such as apartment buildings, housing complex, hotels and commercial centers. Through its subsidiaries, it is involved in construction, transportation and grocery market management, as well as the manufacture and trading of ice, construction materials, interior decorations and garments. In addition, the Company provides security services, real estate brokerage services and securities brokerage services.

Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation was established following Decision No. 57/QD-UB dated Feb 02, 1990 of the People’s Committee in Ho Chi Minh City under the name of Thu Duc Housing Management and Development Company. Its initial charter was 400 million in working capital.
In 2006, the company was renamed Thu Duc Housing Development and Industrial Park Services Company following Decision No. 4569/QD-UBLT of the People’s Committee in Ho Chi Minh City.
On Nov 24, 2000, the People’s Committee in Ho Chi Minh City issued Decision No. 7967/QD-UB-CNN on converting Thu Duc Housing Development and Industrial Park Services Company into Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation with VND 15 billion in charter capital.
On Jun 15, 2001, Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation (Thu Duc House) officially came into operation with business registration certificate No. 4103000457 granted by the Department of Planning and Investment in Ho Chi Minh City.
In 2005, Thu Duc House doubled its charter capital to VND 30 billion.
On Jun 05, 2006, it adjusted its charter capital to VND 100 billion.
On Jul 15, 2006, its adjusted its charter capital to VND 170 billion.
On Dec 2009, its charter capital was VND 378.750.000.000.
In Feb 2013, its charter capital wad adjusted to 380,93 billion.
In Dec 2013, its charter capital was adjusted to VND 381,5 billion.
In Jan 2015, its charter capital was adjusted to VND 419,64 billion.
On Jan 20, 2016, its charter capital was adjusted to VND 617.300.890.000.
