Thanh Hoa Beer Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the brewing industry. The Company manufactures alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, such as beer, red wine, soft drinks, bottled water, mineral water and bottled Bordeaux wine. It is involved in the wholesale and retail trade of these products, as well as the import and export of materials, supplies and equipment to support its operations. As of December 31, 2016 the Company was a subsidiary of Hanoi Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Corporation (HABECO). The Company is headquartered in Thanh Hoa Province, Vietnam.

  • Thanh Hoa Beer Joint Stock Company was previous knows as Thanh Hoa Beer Plan - a state-owned enterprise established under the Decision No. 220 QD/UBTH issued by the Chairman of People’s Committee of Thanh Hoa on February 21, 1989.
  • In March.1996, Thanh Hoa Beer Plant transformed into Thanh Hoa Beer Company following Decision No. 446 TC/UBTH.
  • In 2001, Thanh Hoa Beer Company became the independent accounting member of Vietnam Beer – Alcohol – Beverage Corporation (Habeco) following the Decision No. 0348/QD-BCN issued by Minister of Industry on February 16, 2001.
  • In May, 2004, Thanh Hoa Beer Company became the member of Hanoi Beer – Alcohol – Beverage Corporation (Habeco) under the Decision No. 75/2003/QD – BCN of Minister of Industry.
  • Following the policy of equitization of member units of Habeco, on April 1, 2004, the Thanh Hoa Beer Company was transformed into Thanh Hoa Beer Joint Stock Company under the Decision No. 246/2003/QD-BCN.
  • In 2006, the company established the subsidiary named Hanoi-Thanh Hoa Beer Commercial Joint Stock Company. On Jul 01, 2006, its charter capital was adjusted from VND 57,52 billion to VND 63,12 billion.
  • In the early of 2007, the company established the branch Thanh Hoa hotel. In May, its charter capital was adjusted to VND 114,24 billion. In July, 2007, the company contributed capital to establish the Thanh Hoa Beverage Joint Stock Company.
  • In May, 2008, the company contributed capital to establish the Thanh Hoa-Nghi Son Beer Joint Stock Company.
