Introduction

Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the home furnishing industry. The Company manufactures and markets wooden products, including interior and outdoor upholstered and non-upholstered furniture and decorations, such as beds, tables, chairs, wardrobes, shelves, couches, floorboards, as well as doors, windows, veneers and plywoods. Its products are exported to over 30 countries, including European markets, South American markets, the United States, Japan, Australia and others. The Company is also involved in forestation and the trading of supplies for wood processing activities, along with real estate operations.

In 1993, the Truong Thanh Processing and Export of Wood Factory was established in Dak Lak ( short name: TTDL 1)
In 2000, the Truong Thanh Furniture Company Limited was established in Binh Chuan, Thuan An, Binh Duong province.
In 2002, Truong Thanh Furniture Company Limited was established in Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh City (short name TTTD).
In 2003, the company was transformed into Truong Thanh Furniture Joint Stock Company (short name: TTBD 1).
In 2005, established the Truong Thanh Furniture Company Limited in Dak Lak province called TTDL 2.
In 2006, Truong Thanh Furniture Company Limited EaH’Leo was established in Dak Lak (short name: TTDL 3). Also in the same year, Truong Thanh Processing Wood Joint Stock Company was established in Binh Duong province (short name: TTBD 2). However, due to lack of capital, this company was built in May, 2007 with total initial investment of 320 billion dong.
In 2007, Truong Thanh TNXP Joint Stock Company was established in Phu Yen province (short name: TTPY).
In 2007, Truong Thanh Forestation Joint Stock Company was established in Dak Lak province (short name: TTDL 4).
On Feb 01, 2008, Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation’s shares were officially listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange .
On Feb 12, 2009, its charter capital was adjusted to VND 200.000.000.000.
