Transaction Detail

Transaction card will be locked and cannot be transacted when one of the following case occurs:
- Enter wrong transaction password 3 times;
- Enter wrong code from other transaction card of the same account holder or of different investors at the same time;
- Enter wrong password due to a font error or enabled Caps lock mode;
As soon as the transaction card is locked, investors can directly call BSC Call center, or call broker:
- BSC tellers will check the information provided and find out the reason why transaction card is locked;
- Quickly unlock the transaction card and instruct investors how to enter the correct password to continue the transaction
