Introduction
General Aviation Import Export Joint Stock Company (AIRIMEX) is a Vietnam-based company active in the aerospace industry. The Company is engaged in the import and export of aircrafts, aircraft interiors, cabins, engines, spare parts, airport ground equipment, air navigation and communication equipment, as well as mining machinery and equipment. It is also involved in office and warehouse leasing. In addition, the Company acts as an airline ticket agent and trades office equipment. During the year ended December 31, 2010, 74.87% of its revenue came from trading activities. As of December 31, 2010, the Company was an affiliate of Vietnam Airlines Corporation, and it had one branch in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

- Constructing electric projects up to 35KV;

History
- The precursor of General Aviation Import – Export Joint Stock Company is General Aviation Export-Export and Service Company, which was established and put into operation under Decision No. 197/TCHL dated Mar 11, 1989 of the Civil Aviation Administration of Viet Nam.
- In Jun 1993, it became a state enterprise with independent accounting system under the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam.
- Under the State's Decision No 328/TTg dated May 27, 1995, the Vietnam Airlines Corporation was established. General Aviation Import Export Company became a member company of Vietnam Airlines with independent accounting system under business registration certificate No 100162 issued by Ha Noi Department of Planning and Investment on Sep 27, 2004.
- On Oct 17, 2005, the Ministry of Transport ratified the company's equitization plan.
- On May 18, 2006, General Aviation Import – Export Joint Stock Company officially came into operation with initial charter capital of VND 20.000.000.000.
- On Aug 31, 2010, the Ha Noi Stock Exchange officially admitted the company's trading registration on the exchange (Stock code: ARM, listing volume: 2,592,740). The first trading date was on Oct 26, 2010
