Introduction

LILAMA 10 Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the construction and engineering industry. The Company constructs power plants, power systems, manufacturing buildings and other nonbuilding industrial structures. It also manufactures, installs and repairs heavy construction and electrical machinery and equipment, as well as pressure tanks, pipes and prefabricated metal buildings. It is also involved in the provision of engineering services, testing services and interior design services. Moreover, the Company is engaged in metal coating activities and the trading of construction materials. As of December 2016, the Company was a subsidiary of Lilama Corporation(LILAMA).

Lilama 10 Joint Stock Company was established in Dec 1960 under the name of Machinery Erection No 1 Associated Enterprise.
On Jan 25, 1983, Machinery Erection No 1 Associated Enterprise was renamed to Machinery Erection Enterprise No 10.
In 1996, Machinery Erection Enterprise No 10 was renamed to Machinery Erection and Construction No 10 Company following Decision No. 05/BXD-TCLD dated Jan 02, 1996 of the Minister of Construction.
In 2006, the company was granted business registration certificate No 0103015215 dated Dec 29, 2006 by the Ha Noi Department of Planning and Investment and officially operated as a joint stock company on Jan 01, 2007.
On Dec 11, 2007, the company was officially approved to list its shares on the Ho Chi Minh City Sock Exchange (stock code: L10, listing volume: 9.000.000 shares). The first trading date was Dec 25, 2007.
As of Dec 01, 2016, the Vietnam Machinery Erection Corporation (LILAMA) held 51% of Lilama 10’s shares.
