Introduction
The Vietnam Tanker JSC (VTO) was established in 1980 as a subsidiary company of the Vietnam Maritime Corporation. Privatization in 2005 changed the company from being state-owned to a Joint Stock Company with an initial charter capital of 400 billion VND.
